Downloading software from the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center is the right choice for the environment and supports a more sustainable future.
Here’s how to end your media subscription disk shipments now:
1. Send your request via e-mail to Digital by Choice Processing at dcproces@microsoft.com.
2. Specify your company name in the Subject line of the e-mail.
3. Provide the enrolment/authorization numbers for those agreements you would like to begin receiving digital downloads. These are listed on your Agreement Summary or License Statement available through the Volume Licensing Service Center.

Alternatively, you may contact your channel partner to opt out of media subscription disk shipments on your behalf. You will receive a confirmation for each enrolment after which all future media subscription kit shipments will end. This will not affect Software Assurance benefits.
